We welcome and appreciate all your feedback on HouseCall. Unfortunately we are not able to respond to individual questions posted via this feedback page. We do however review all information that has been sent to us to help improve the quality of the product and service that HouseCall provides.

we are sorry to hear that HouseCall did not work on your PC as expected.
May we kindly ask you for your support in resolving this problem by sending the following pieces of information using the message box below:
  • A brief description what happened
  • The contents of the file "housecall.log" (Is located at: %APPDATA%\HouseCall 6.6\log or $HOME/.housecall66/log )
  • If available, the contents from the "Java Console"
  • If possible, a screenshot using one of the supported formats
  • Your privacy is important for us, and we value our relationship with you. If you decide to upload an optional screenshot or add any information to the message box, please ensure that you do not send any security or privacy related information that you do not wish to share with us
